I also purchased a Groupon for laser treatments. The spa is not run well and scheduling is a challenge to say the least. But my services were always great. The laser techs were lovely, professional and efficient. I have not been able to contact anyone to get my final appointment in my package. I went by this morning to take care of it in person and the business is gone and another business in its place. Oh, well!!

Horrible! I bought the Groupon for 6 laser treatments, got only 3. All three times they made me wait for over 30 minutes, when the treatment itself takes only 5. They cancelled the 4th appointment, told me will call me back to reschedule, then rescheduled it 3 times and again cancelled, now I'm again waiting for a call back. They told me the spacing between laser treatments does not really matter, and that hair is going to only reduce in number. After asking more questions I realized it's not true laser treatment, but this old IPL machine that they have. The lady doing the treatment reuses gel, which is very gross! She does not sanitize or clean the area before treatment. Overall, I am having a terrible experience with this place.

I tried to book spa services for a group of 5 but the owner never returned my 2 emails or 2 voicemails. When I finally spoke with her she said she would see if they could staff that day for us and she would call me back in a couple of days. Again, I hear nothing from them and again no one returned my emails or voicemails. On my last attempt I called multiple times during business hours, a day when they advertised they were open, and no one answered the phone. I have obviously given up. She did say they had sold so many Groupons that they couldn't keep up with the demand. However, I was trying to book this more than a month before the service date. She could have at least returned my call and say they weren't able to accommodate us. Not a successful way to run a business.
