I came into the establishment on 4/15/19 to get my eye brows threaded and cluster eyelashes. I have been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue. My usual stylist Jay was on vacation so i sat with another stylist whom i thought was a professional. I told her i wanted the longest natural looking lashes. She started the process and i immediately noticed my eyes were burning. This has never happened before. I asked if they had used a different glue. As the service went on i felt the lashes were extremely uncomfortable and irritated. They were not placed properly. so i asked to have them removed and reapplied correctly because of them pain. I asked for a smaller length. She proceeds to PULL OFF MY EXTENSIONS INCLUDING MY REAL LASHES. I told her to stop because it was extremely painful and asked if they had a adhesive Disolvent , she said no “ if i use that i won’t be able to apply the new ones”. We left half of the first lashes on and reapplied the new ones where my real lashes were ripped off. She finished my lashes and proceeded to charge me for the service.
The lashes are extremely uncomfortable and are not applied properly. I cannot sleep nor shut my eyes properly due to the uncomfortable state that i am in. I am extremely upset about this. Now I no longer have real lashes and have to deal with the grow out because of the negligence and ignorance from this women. I would appreciate the call of a corporate employee to attend to this matter.
