Sunpro Solar

I do not recommend this company and they people, to be honest; I do not trust them. Do not waste your money and time, after almost two years I regret every day that I chose this company. this is an honest review. at least 1-2 times a week I have to talk to them. for one year pay two bills; one to Sunpro and another to Duke Energy, (200+220) per month! since they made the wrong calculations, after a year on 10/2021 they offered me compensation which to this day 4/2022 I have not received. in December 2021 they told me that the solution was to add more panels which I did, now the bill from 2/22 - 3/22 came again as if we had no panels. nobody can give me a correct answer, they only say that I have to wait another year with the problem to receive another compensation that does not arrive! please do not choose this company; and if someone from SunPro reads this and is going to contact me they better have a solution first! I had solar with SunPro solar in 2019. The representative told me you will be able to zero the electricity bill which has never happened. I called them three weeks back to come to check the panels. They gave me a case number and they said it will take 2-3 weeks for a technician to come. Till today, they did not come or contact.

We had a photovoltaic solar system installed by SunPro Solar in 2019 at our Winter Park home. Looking back at this experience I must say that this is an reputable company. They were communitive during the entire process, showed up when they said they would and installed the system professionally and without any complications. We had a very stubborn HOA which was trying to prevent us from installing the system (even though Florida has statues which prohibit them to do just that), so they even personally attended our HOA meetings to help with the process. Back then pricing was very competitive. I have since moved and because Im a big solar advocate immediately started pricing a system for my new home. This time I did not chose SunPro because their quote was almost 10k more than similar systems quoted by competitors. Im not sure why, so make sure to shop around if you are considering going solar.

I cannot say enough about SunPro! The support that they give me is above and beyond. Now that they will be changing their name to ADT solar, I am confident that they will be around to service customers! There are so many companies in Central Florida that are too new. Do yourself a favor, and go with the best.
