sunergy installed solar Panels on my roof in 2011. had 2 roof leaks after installation that were "fixed". reported a 3rd leak in September, same location, in 2022. ceiling of patio collapsed. I have made numerous calls, have been told that this is a Priority case, yet no action has been taken to correct the leak or fix the ceiling. I have requested that a senior manager call me to discuss, again no response.

It was great consulting with Sunergy first before deciding to install solar panels. They've educated me about the major types of solar panels in the market and shown me some of them that they've installed in some houses and businesses. I was impressed to see some of the properties near the University of Phoenix have already hired them for such projects
