        I traveled 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this shoe repair store based on the good reviews I saw on Facebook. I was told to come back in one week. I returned on the date I was told. Not only could they not find my boots at first, but when they did they were under a pile of other peoples shoes. They didnt even take good care of them. Then they told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes so he could work on them without an apology or even a discount. There are other places to go to which I would recommend you do. I know I will be going elsewhere. Bad customer service!!!!
