Used to be my favorite ups store in the area, then they hired these new employees who can barely scan a box let alone run a store. I’ve never been so mad to write a bad review, dude made me wait in line to ask him for a dolly just to not help at the end. Literally please hire the old employees, there’s like one competent person left that works there. It’s mind blowing to see a store run so bad

Me and 4 others waited outside for nearly 25 minutes after their advertised opening time for them to actually open. So rude to advertise an opening time and not follow it. The guy at the business next door (dentist) came out and apologized and confirmed that them opening late is a daily occurrence.

People there are very nice and sadly overworked. Took care of my package in a nice and swift manner!
