My organization hired RSG Security for a Awards Event. They were very professional and courteous. The team showed up on time and were friendly. RSG is a wonderful company! There was an evacuation that took place at the Isles Walk location due to a faulty elevator, the guards and management staff were right on it. All worked together with MTC and other staff to get it resolved within a 2 hour period.

This company is used for a gated Townhome community, pool security purposes. Very professional, quality people. Supervisor is always available. More than willing to go above and beyond services. I like this company compared to what we have had in the past.

Matthew Sierra and his team are currently providing the HOA I manage with excellent service. They are always, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, extremely organized and the communication is tops. I never have to sit around and wait for answers to my question because they respond nearly immediately. You can tell this company takes great pride in the level of service they provide to their clients. They perform the post orders I created to perfection and do so without deviation. My homeowners and renters commented on the exceptional service constantly. They are pleased they can finally use the amenities without unsupervised teens breaking our rules and taking over the amenities & this is due to the guard presence. I can not think of one negative comment to speak of when referring to Refuge Service Group. I am looking forward to using their security services again.
