My written estimate said both areas to be rescreened in sunscreen but when installers arrived I was told no just the lanai and other area in different screening. He called office and checked and for the price he was correct. I had asked for a price both ways BUT when I found out the price for lanai I was pleased so I asked for price for both in sunshade and was told $1360. Since I could not afford more I had no choice but to tell the installer to proceed because he also didn't know if he had enough material to do both areas in sunshade. I tried calling office but couldn't reach anyone so didn't leave message. The installers were very professional and not to blame but if the estimate says one thing and doesn't agree with the cost someone should have called me and allowed me to make a decision from the office. I honestly believe I should have received sunscreen in both areas.
