I ate at Prickly Pear on Sunday to try their brunch menu. I ordered the Big Breakfast. When my meal came, it was missing some food that was listed on the menu. I did not say anything because it was still plenty to eat. The biscuit that came with the meal was dry and not good, but everything else was. I had a Prickly Pear flavored Mimosa, which everyone at the table didn't like.
My main issue with this place was the service. The waiter took forever to do anything. There were four of us eating and the entire restaurant was empty, yet it still took the waiter 30 minutes to deliver our checks! Finally, after leaving a tip, I look at my credit card a few days later and the waiter (Jordan) decided to double the tip I left him!!! I have called and left message with Prickly Pear, so hopefully they can rectify this situation.
Overall, I give this restaurant a 2 out of 5 stars. The brunch was good, but nothing out of this world. With the long wait time, dishonest service, and the missing food items, I cannot rate this place anything higher.
