We met Paul at an open house and are so grateful to have connected! He worked with us over a period of months until we found the perfect home. We appreciated the fact that his schedule was flexible, he never pressured us in anyway, he was able to use his expertise to point out potential red and green flags in a home and most importantly he was extremely patient with our family as we looked. We have toddler who was with us at every viewing and his empathy allowed us to make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable about different areas in and around Orlando, schools, and was able to make logistical recommendations once we decided on the perfect home.
