I want give a good review for Bedsi Osorio because she really took care of a water leak problem at my shop. She was able to resolve it in a timely manner. I had to call her over the Thanksgiving holiday. She did this with a very good attitude. Colliers is very fortunate to have her working for them.

Encountered their employee, Lynsey Alergria, never again. She has no idea about this business or how to treat Clients. This firm is a joke and she presented herself as a white trash stripper instead of representing any reputable firm. I’m embarrassed for them but I am sure they already know, they have a Poor reputation already

Horrible to get someone to call you back. Tried for two days to get a hold of Genny Hall, Cristin Jones of their assistant Spencer Haller. After leaving many messages I was able to catch her assistant on her desk instead of a voice mail. Told her I was trying to get a hold of them and got tons of excuses, told her I didnt care for them just wanted to see the property by tomorrow. She told me that if I needed anything right away to contact them through email, so I told her, note Im already mad at this point, why they dont hang their email instead of their phone on the doors then, and why does she say to get a hold of you Spencer instead of a email if I need any immediate help. So I told her to get me an appointment and call me back , she changed the story then and said that the property was already being rented ( this place has been I rented and closed for years, where jay Alexander was in Orlando). I ask her if they have any other properties in the area to show and she says no. Clearly they dont want my business.
