      • Ramiro Chavez

        Rocio rented a property from us in San Antonio Texas. She didn't return the parking pass which our terms clearly state has a $150 replacement fee. After several attempts to contact her to no avail our only option was to write a review about her behavior. Surprisingly we find out she is in the real estate and rental business so she should have a professional understanndtionsing of the yerms and conditions with renting a STR. She has been unprofessional and non responsiveness. What makes this more disturbing is she does this for a living.
