Came to realize a cople of days whe I saw the final discloser document. Not only that but she justified with the fantasy that I wanted a short sale. My house was been pay , I Am gainfully employ And I coul wait for a better deal. Like all the unethical persons , she betrayed my trust. I wanted ti stop the sale. Contacted a lawyer that found also 3,000 mistake agains my profit. She even commented she was not working for you, but you signed the contract. Could not stop it. For all of you out there in dealing with these companies like such get a lawyer first . These company lack integrity . May be is only Karina Turcios but be aware if any verbal . Don’t teust them

Mona Cherkaoui is the best realtor that i had in the 7yrs that I've being in USA. A very professional and respectful person that knows how to treat people. When a reach this company to rent a house Mona told me what where the requirements and when i told her what was my situation she did not let me apply that way i didn't loose my money, but in Less than a month she called me to apply for a beautiful apartment in a great place knowing what i was looking for, a great neighborhood with great schools and shopping areas.. I'm really happy with her service and sad because i have to move out of the state so she will no longer be our landlord. Mona L. Cherkaoui is the best realtor that my family and I have had in the last three years. She is very efficient and understanding whenever we needed her, she was there for us, either to repair anything in the apartment or to help us when we had difficult times and situations and when my husband lost his job. At the beginning we were looking for a house or apartment to move, we got an ad that she was renting a house that we were interested in but due to our income they would not approve it and she was honest and did not allow us to apply so as not to keep our money as many people do, she helped us until the end and when she had an apartment available she called us to apply and she had it available in less than a month, she never forgot about us and she has always been in communication at all times. Mona is the best realtor that one can have because it is as part of the family always willing and honest.
