        Current tenant and their maintenance department is HORRIBLE! I have been in a home for 6 months and never called maintenance and when I do because of a clogged tub they charged me 85 dollars because it was clogged from hair yet there was never a drain cover they added it at the time of service and never informed me of the charge I found it on my bill as I was going to pay rent EARLY! And they state because I didn’t mark it on my pre move in checklist it’s my fault! Very disappointed in the customer first part of this company!

        Very unprofessional company. Never answer the phone or reply to emails when trying to inquire about a rental property they provide. No wonder they can't find any tenants to rent to and properties sit unoccupied for so long. Won't get my business!!
