Horrible experience. They do not tell you rate or quantity. They just send a $ amount. Even if you request they will not provide. They double bill constantly for bills you already paid. You show them documentation and they ignore it and continue to double bill. Letter to owner did nothing to help. Horrible people.

The installer couldn't complete my oven conversion because he didn't "feel comfortable" doing it! Told me I had to contact another person that used to work there. Neither adjusted the burners and both charged me. We called to discuss why both charged me the full amount and they were unwilling to split up the charge. Hope it was worth the $300+ you charged me! You helped me find another company with a better rating.

We built a pool last summer and needed to have gas put in. We were nervous with Central Florida Propane because of the reviews, but we had a great experience with them. They were the most knowledgeable when coming out and they answered all our questions the billion times we called. We would call back right after calling with more questions and they were always so nice and patient with our questions. Our tank lasted a year before needing a refill and we called and they promptly came to refill. Everything has been so smooth for us and we are very happy with our service.

I called them to get a price quote. Was put on hold and ignored. Tank rental is up in April so they can have it back. I'm just going to buy my own tank so I can have whoever fill it. The person who answered the phone was kind of rude.

Stay away from this company! This company is the weirdest and fake billing organization I have ever dealt with. They bill you for no reason. They sell you a tank in the beginning. They bury it underground then they keep sending yearly bills out of the blue. They claim bogus service calls and try to charge you a lot of money for it. The reason I gave one star is because there is no zero stars. How can a company get away with this? Use electric..
