I unfortunately had a horrible experience with this company. I was charge for a routine serve which is 4 attempts and I only received ONE. I never received any updates via email, which I was told I would. I sadly had to pay for another company's service, so if you do not wish to waste your money, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Pro-Serve serves people quickly in difficult circumstances while making it seem easy. Great telephone and email customer service and if you have to go by the office the staff is fantastic!

As a Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Lawyer I need to have reliable service so I can get my trials, motions and depositions done. Hands down, Pro Serve USA gets it done! When they can not find someone, they will investigate, skip trace and track the person I need served no matter the effort. This company is simply a class one, rated A legal process serving business in my book. I do not trust my service of process to anyone else!

Very diligent service. They do their best to have the other party served, and they help as much as they can. Good and effective service.
