Ken Bowman was amazing. He always picked up his phone. I don't think I ever had to leave a voicemail. He got the exact information I needed and in a very short amount of time. His help was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend hiring ION Investigations should you need PI services. I would hire him again.

Today, I called Ion and spoke with Ken Bowman. He picked up the first time I called and answered all of my questions, and actually made sense and sounded like he had the personality conducive with his line of work. I was just about to hire him for the job when all of the sudden the truth revealed itself, but either way this guy was incredibly thorough and professional. Don't hesitate to call Ion, they'll sort ya out.

I cannot say enough about this Ion investigations, especially Ken. He listened to what I needed and with in two hours, I had all my info delivered. He was kind and attentive and very professional. I work at a law firm in Jacksonville and needed an investigator to take photos of evidence that was located in Orlando.
