I always get great service here and have never had to wait long. Also they have a cool thing for renewing passports where for $15 you get your passport photo taken and they'll staple it to your application & check over the application and help you mail it.

I came there almost 5 Pm, they ready to close. But the employee Jay is a really good guy. He help me doing all the stuff to send out and very patient and nice. When we done the work . It’s already 5:10PM. He didn’t complain and doing the great job for me. Thank you so much

Parking spots are very limited and kind of tucked away (there are some on the St. James side), doors to enter are heavy so if you’re carrying a big box like I was you will need some help, make sure to bring your own packaging tape and have ALL your labels affixed otherwise you’ll get sent back out of the line. This is not like UPS or FedEx were they tape things up and put the return labels on for you where they want them. I wish had known all this so I wouldn’t have lugged in my big box and waited in line for nothing. I couldn’t buy tape from them bc they were out! 🤦🏻‍♀️ And they didn’t even take pity on the fact I was pregnant 🤰🏻 and offer to make an exception, thus I lugged my big box back to my car. I was told taping, etc. was only for premium customers. So just FYI. Maybe somewhere on the USPS website it says all this, but at the location by my childhood home they would always tape things up and help me with my packages so I didn’t think it would be any different here 🤷🏻‍♀️
