Unprofessional person. After finding out that I have been losing water and that there is a leak in my pool, I called Reuben to check it out. A week later I received a bill for $350 . The bill says that they performed leak check, but there was no leak. I was happy that there was no leak , but I was still losing a lot of water. I again called Reuben . He came and put a $3 worth of epoxy around the skimer. A week later I received a bill for $130. Aaing I still lose a lot of water witch made my pool green all the time. After this frustration, I called another company to do a leak detection. This company found two leaks and fixed them right the way. While they were there they check the filter and told me that it has not been cleaned for a long time. I bought a new filter and called Reuben and fired him immediately. When I hired Reuben, I payed him at the start. Now, he charged me for June that he was already paid for. I texted him he was nice about it and said he will send me a check immediately. After one week , I called him to ask him about it. He said don't worry about it. Now, I was charged for July. I called him again.His responds was sorry the computer does that automatically. I told him that is not professional. I have not heard from him since. Now, I had to cancel my credit card. How frustrating that is? I am looking forward to meeing him at Orange County courthouse. He will pay for everything he charged me extra plus the lawyer fees. Service: Water treatment
