FE Pool Services

I'll let the photos speak for themselves. The first is my pool as taken on April 14th. The second is my pool as taken on July 11th. They have yet to respond to any of my voicemails expressing concern over their level of service, attention to detail, or consistency. Fernando, the owner, doesn't return calls. Maria, the office manager, downplays oversights, then conveniently overpromises and underdelivers. Now the office has gone silent altogether. Five Star Pro Pools has no problem taking your money but appears to have a huge problem in delivering. I regret that my previous pool company of 12 years was bought out by them. My advice... run away.

Fernando Encarnacion, the elusive owner of Five Star Pro Pools Service & FE Pool Services. The manager by the name of Maria. Working remotely from Miami. Nothing wrong with working remotely if and you can get a response or answers on a timely manner. The techs are independent workers hired via another company. The address listed on the Florida list of LLC& Corporations is a residence which is not Mr. Encarnacions. They sent a tech to our home to do something he had no knowledge doing or asked to do (Backwash). The tech showed us the text Mr. Encarnacion was sending with step by step instructions. Well in doing so the filter exploded. To this day we do not know where the top flew the tech left. I can go on in explaining all the request to speak with the owner & never complied with. Our pool turned green just as Mr. Sewells did. Recovering from surgery & spending my own money I had to repair myself. This is a irresponsible, unknowledgeable company. They will quickly contact you for payments but will not respond for repairs. I agree with you Mr. Sewell. Mr. Sewell according to Mr Fernandos background he has a Bachelor's Degree from UCF. Managerial experiences but no concerns for others just his pockets.
