Marco's Pizza

I placed a order online from my car I witnessed employees who delivered coming in and out and scratch their private parts, hair, and other body parts. I wondered if they were going to wash their hands and put on gloves so I went inside and the ones delivering were standing around waiting to deliver orders hands not washed and I stood there and noticed NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES they were playing in the toppings it was DISGUSTING!!!! I could have easily recorded but I chose not to the cashier placed my order on the counter and I said to her so this is what you do in here NO ONE WEARS GLOVES and she softly said no and I said to her I DONT WANT THIS and she went behind the wall and a young man in a green shirt came out and asked me if I wanted them to put on gloves and redo my order I said NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! THE WHOLE SCENE WAS DISGUSTING!!!! SO MUCH CONTAMINATION AND THEY HAD NO CARES. THIS WAS AT THE MARCOS BEHIND WATERFORD LAKES

I requested 2 pizza's today for my kids and have more the 1 hour delay, when I asked the delivery girl she told me the only had one, I called the store and the first guy hung up on me when I called back I asked for the supervisor and told him what is the problem and he did not apologize for the inconvenience I told him I want make a report to the corporation and he was rude and said go ahead. I have never had bad service for this place plus this manager needs to understand how to treat customers politely, his name is Alex, I had the worst experience with him, I like Marcos pizza plus this manager is very unprofessional.

I dont know about their pizza, but the calzone is nothing to brag about. Probably one of the worse calzones Ive ever had. I make it a point to go to as many pizza places as possible to rate their Stromboli and calzones and these people definitely need more schooling. You get what you pay for I guess(employees)

Worst calzone and meatball sub that has ever been made. Ordered meat calzone with green peppers and onion. Was not cooked veggies were completely raw and wheres the meat. 12 inch meatball sub had 3 very small meatballs cut in half. That gave me 3 tiny half meatballs on each half of my sub. Should have known better than to order from here when they told me that in order to get Green peppers and onions on the calzone that I would have to take off one of the meats because the could not make it with more than 6 item which includes cheese. Very unsatisfied and will never will go back
