Olympia Pharmaceuticals - Conroy

I just made my first business purchase and the experience that my co-worker and I both had with Traci Loomis Carey, the person over commercial accounts was not friendly AT ALL. We both were on the phone and were very displeased with her attitude and unwillingness to help, also to hear her laugh with her coworkers in the background was the cherry on top. We heard nice things about Olympia so we are very disappointed with the first interaction. I would love for someone to follow up with me regarding my experience.

Chris from Olympia Pharmacy is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The process of ordering is fast and efficient (even faster when you order a refill). And they send the meds perfectly packaged and cooled overnight, so nothing will spoil. Regards, Dieter Heise

Horrible customer service, entitled staff, that at times refuses to help their customers. I can never get in touch with my representative, and when I try to get help from others they transfer me over and over again.
