Deserves 0 stars! Walked in and two employees were behind the counter talking and saw me with my two children and didn't acknowledge us. Kept on with their conversation. I waited patiently next to them and she asked if I had a question, which was very apparent since I didn't look around and just stood in front of her waiting. I said yes and she ignored me AGAIN so I sighed and she said do you have a question? I asked her if she carried a perfume and she said she sold the last one but could sell me the sample. I asked how much? And the guy that was with her answered with $80 since it's usually $100. I told her that was the same price as Macy's brand new! And she had the audacity to say ok then go there then. Instead I went to Sephora online and got it for 20% off and bought two for $113 plus free shipping. Definitely won't recommend this place and it's super close to my house so they definitely lost business. It's sad that they take advantage of foreigners that think they are getting a deal just because it's an outlet. Go elsewhere. Rude and overpriced! I bought a perfume Jean Paul Gualtier Le Male for gift and they put the box inside a bag. I paid the price 65$ + tax = 74$ and when I came home I realized that the box they gave me was opened. It was a tester/provador with no cap. It was the same bottle she try on a paper for me. It was not a new closed perfume I bought. I was so upset to trust them and couldn't do nothing because I was miles away. It happened on Sunday, 21st November 2021. Be careful!!

I called this store multiple times to inquire about some fragrances Im interested in but no luck. I drove to the location to enter a lackluster layout with no life. I was than greeted by a short foreign white man with green eyes. The greeting was half hearted and forced. I asked about the fragrances I was looking to sample but only one was available in the original (I was looking for the flanker) and the other I almost missed if he didnt remember he actually had it. So after the terrible first impression I was told they do not sample. I dont understand why people run businesses with people like that at the fore front, or a fragrance store for that matter when youre not willing to give out samples. Sorry, but this is a no go for me. I rather check out fragrancenet.com or fragrancex.com. Better prices and friendly customer service. Thanks for reading, god bless
