Worse experience with a Doctor ever. Sarah F Katta is the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever meet. No personal touch, arrogant and extremely rude. My father who is 73, was referred to her for a blood test, Which was done in mid November, she made a virtual appointment for the results for December 1st, she failed the appointment, so I called her office and they said she was behind. So they scheduled a new appointment that she also failed. 12 days has passed, and no one called us. So i decided to call her and she finally contacted me, she gave ridiculous excuses with a rude attitude, blaming on her team, for miss communication. When I was expressing my feedback she cut me and said: you wanna know your fathers results or not . This doctor Sarah F Katta doesnt care about her patients, she is more focused on her weak ego than her professionalism and patients. She also mentioned my father should change doctor because he doesnt speaks English. I suggest this doctor Katta to go back to college and elect an other profession, or better yet to visit a good therapist to work on her weak ego and prejudices.

Horrible Experience! DO NOT go to this doctor! I have been trying to schedule with this doctor for a month now. My surgeon referred me to Dr. Katta for Medical Oncology. My medical records have been going there for a month now and the office never thought to reach out to me as a new patient and see why they were getting the information. After waiting for them to reach out to me for 3 weeks, I finally made the initiative and contacted them. A couple days later I received a phone call from Eileen who said that they dont take my insurance. She continued to mistakenly say that I had Meridian insurance. I explained to her that I have Meritain, which is under the Aetna network, but she refused to listen. She just cut me off and said that they do not take it. I relayed this information (not to mention the terrible attitude) to my radiation oncologist, who in turn called Dr. Katta personally. I was told that they do in fact take my insurance and I decided to go ahead and schedule, despite my experience because the doctor reached out to her personally. Now, another week later, I received another call from Eileen saying they havent received a referral from my Primary. My Primary? The referral came from the surgeon I say to her. Oh it has to be from the primary she says. Again this is not correct and she refuses to listen and is argumentative with me the patient! I finally said forget it, Ill go somewhere else. I mean this is ridiculous. I should not have had to chase them to schedule, nor should it be up to me to have knowledge about how your office runs its business. When you are sick, the last thing you want to do is deal with this a terrible office staff. The doctor may be great I tried to give her a chance, but the stress is not worth it. 0 Stars for the office anyways. Never got to the doctor.

Dr. Sarah Katta is a kind and caring physician. Her office is busy because she is an excellent physician. All the medical offices seem more crowded at this time due to required spacing of patients for safety during the pandemic.
The entire group of physicians at this practice are very dedicated and highly skilled. I am in their office to discuss patient care fairly regularly, and they are always attentive to their patient's needs. My patients have been very satisfied with Dr. Sarah Katta and we currently have many patients in common.

Doctor has terrible bedside manner. My mother left in tears. What an awful experience.
