        I just had the best experience at this location making copies for work. Jay was so helpful and she did it with such a pleasant attitude. I inquired about making copies and she told me about the self-service area (which would have been a mess for a non-tech savy person). No problem! Jay said she would help me out and do the copies. She was professional, sweet and such a pleasure to interact with. Give her a raise or promotion! At the very least, hire more people like Jay!

        I was in line to print just 1 paper. One machine was not working and the other the guy was printing more than 100 photos and in the next the person was printing lots of photos and when the next customer came he also printed lots of photos and I spent 1 hour for just 1 piece of paper because the people at the counter can't help and print 1 single paper. They should have an Xpres machine, because if one needs a document for an appointment.
