I would highly recommend Absolute door LLC. I had previously worked with another company that did a botched job installing a new opener at our home earlier this year. My home warranty company put me in touch with this company and I am so glad they did. They were extremely professional on the phone. My technician called ahead and showed up on time. I have learned as a homeowner and it's very hard to come across a professional service that is reasonably priced and shows up on time. I highly recommend working with absolute door.

Rogerick Barnes was very professional and friendly when he repaired our garage door. I was extremely impressed that he called to tell us he was running late and made sure that a later time would still work for us. Most repairmen we've had just show up late with no explanations. He was up front with us and let us know what was covered and what our costs would be for repairs before he did anything. He gave detailed explanations and wasn't pushy about anything. We won't hesitate to use him again if we have any problems. He did an excellent job on our repairs and I would recommend him to anyone who has garage door problems.

Don't do business with them!!!! Absolute replaced broken springs on my garage door. I asked the tech if he had the correct springs on his truck. He said he did. After a few months the sprocket on the opener broke. The warranty company sent out a repair company and they refused to replace the sprocket because they said the wrong springs were installed, the door is too heavy for the springs that were installed. I asked how are the correct springs determined. They said the door needs to be weighed to determine the correct springs. I had another company come out for a second opinion and to replace the sprocket. They also said the wrong springs were installed. They fixed the sprocket but said to not use the opener because it would brake again. I called Absolute several times and finally talked to Trey and Mr. Brown. Mr Brown said it did not matter that the door was not weighed and the wrong springs were installed because it was past the 3 month warranty period. I paid $400 for the replacement springs. I said it was not a warranty issue, it is a latent defect issue. The tech did not weigh the door, he just installed springs that was on his truck. I was told that 1 3/4" springs were installed and it should have been 2" and the springs installed were 6" shorter than the old springs. Doing business with a company that won't stand behind their work is unacceptable. Mr. Brown, you should be ashamed of yourself and your company for tactics like this. On 11/2/17, Precision doors came out to again assess the springs installed by Absolute. Their review indicated that the springs installed were not even close to the required springs. This is now the third company that reviewed the springs and said the springs were too small for the door. Precision's written report says " motor was under severe strain by door operating with wrong springs . Longevity unknown" " Springs installed previously were not the correct springs. Door now balances with spring ippt of 123.34. Previous springs ippt of 90.46. Springs were probably 120 lbs too weak. Damaged motor" All I ask for is to acknowledge that the wrong springs were installed. Pick them up and return the $400 I paid for an incorrect installation. 11/15/17 - after 3 companies reviewed the installed springs, they all issued a statement that in fact the wrong springs were installed on my garage door. They were much too small for the door. Even after that, Absolute still continues to insist that the springs were fine. I had the correct springs installed and wanted Absolute to pick their springs and refund the $400 I paid for the incorrect springs that were installed. They continue to refuse to do so. The company is untrustworthy and not able to realize that they are wrong and stand by their product. I have slighly used springs if anyone needs them.
