I brought my Mom to Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando to buy a car on 3/18/2023. We were very lucky to have had Tobic Edouard to guide us through the entire process! He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and generous with his time. We test drove several cars before deciding on a 2021 Rogue SportSV with all the bells and whistles.Tobic got us a great deal. The buying experience we had at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando was the best I've ever had.

I am a first time car owner and I have had the worse experience with this Nissan. I bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra not even 3 months ago and my car has died 6 times! Ive taken it to service and the first time they literally told me they had no idea what was wrong with my car and just sent me home and said well if it happens again give us another call.. so I had to wait for my car to die again for them to really try to see what they issue is?? A huge waste of my time. My car ended up dying again and I took it back and they told me it was the break switch. So they replaced it. Here I am two and a half weeks later and my car has died again twice. Now I have to go BACK to Nissan so they can finally change my battery. I kept telling them I think i have a faulty battery and they tell me well its a new battery and refuse to change it such a huge waste of my gas AND time
