I don't have enough words to express the amazing experience I had at the center. Everyone was extremely professional, human, gentle, and caring. The customer service was superb. EVERYONE went out of their way every minute of the day to make sure that we were comfortable and under the right care. Ms. Amy was impressive to the t. She is extremely knowlegeable and gentle. Ms. Gayle made sure that all of the meals were ordered to perfection. Her positive personalisty is contageous. Ms. Trisha was really caring. Mr. M. and Mr. Jose made sure that we knew they were there for whatever we needed. Naomi was the first person to come to my room to put the electrodes, and she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Thank you everybody for making such an experience easier and definately memorable!

I HIGHLY recommend the Orlando Epilepsy Center Monitoring unit. The staff here is INCREDIBLE. When I first arrived I was overwhelmed and nervous of what exactly my time here was going to look like. The Nurses and Technicians understood and walked me through each step of testing and what to expect. They are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt safe and secure in this monitoring unit. That if anything were to happen, I was in the right place with the right Drs, Nurses and Technicians. Staying here was comfortable and cozy compared to a stay at the hospital. My appointment and room were on time. We ordered lunch and dinner from local restaurants, which was amazing compared the typical Hospital food. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and facility. I have an immense amount of gratitude for the team here and appreciate how they made me feel during my time. Thank you!
