She understood what we were looking for and set up all of the viewings in a very efficient manner; more importantly, she was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and address any challenges we encountered; she more than earned our confidence, we are purchasing at least two more properties and we will be using Ann again. To update our review, we have just completed purchasing our 7th house with Ann, still very satisfied and will continue to use her.

With her help, she guided us thru the process of buying a house and purchasing land and we werent in state.
