We've been frequenting Don Pablos for more than 12 years. This location is awesome! Great food, great people, and a fun atmosphere. They are very willing to do what it takes to make the experience great! Rob, Amanda, and Amy are always wonderful smiling faces.

Ex Employee ! I have moved on actually my position was hospitality specialist did you forget that I was the one washing your tables and resetting them and other Job duties that you refuse to do Melissa . - I voluntarily quit my job there because of employees just like your self. You don't give the best service possible for all guest quickly and consistently. You give attitude repeatedly along with other employees. That's why there's so many bad reviews for the restaurant because of servers like yourself and the management let's you all do as you please because you just come there to make your tips and not have to work for it. You do treat guest poorly from what I observed myself working there with you. You're right it's not just Indian people it's other races as well that you and other employees have treated very badly. You never have anything better to do but walk around pretending ur a manager. Not sure why you felt the need to reply to what I experience my self from working there. People have the right to know about Don Pablo's work environment from Previous employees not current employees who will try and make the restaurant look like It's run so professionally and held to a high standard's. They need to know from the inside out what this place is really about. People are tired of big smiles on their face and then the experience of old/cold food long waits bad service poor management tables in the restaurant being rained on while their eating because the roof is falling in & leaking cause the building is falling apart. If you performed your job so well why did you constantly get upset when I refused to do your job duties. As for management coming in at 6 am you and I both know that's a lie you yourself has mentioned how much they don't show up for work on time and they call off them selves. You know that the food's not fresh because you've even said yourself that it was spoiled and the kitchen had to reuse it to save money. Servers do spits in Indian people's food because they don't tip. Severs pick & choose which tables they want. Managers are rude with guest & employees and don't respect hard workers. LB the black host is lazy doesn't clean tables or bus ,check bathrooms or gives promotional offers she's always late and calls off when ever she wants. She disrespects guest and employees and is allowed to do as she pleases. Her mother that works there is also rude disrespectful and lazy with work. Like mother like daughter. You can take them out the hood but not the hood out of them. Megan who is 23 years old is a first time maganger and took her job too her head . She picks favorites with employee and guest and was hired by her best friend the general manager Michael he brought her from Ohio. Her and Amy flirt with all the male employees unless ur gay. If ur a guest and u complain or threatened to tell corporate that you will call them they will give you free food or discount just a heads up if you want to eat there. Melissa who always has a dirty look on her face is also lazy and doesn't pre bus her tables and will get pissed if u don't do her job duties. John the manager that's been there 14 years is bi polar and party's with employees outside of work. Michael lets john make all the decisions in the restaurant because He is not capable of making his own decision. Restaurant is dirty and smelly with mold and mildew in the kitchen and behind the bar in dish room and refrigerators. Employees and cooks don't wear gloves or wash hands. Food is spoiled and reused for a later time. They will hire anyone that needs a job because they have such a high turn over rate from poor management and employees they don't respect. Michael the general manager has a smart mouth and is very sarcastic with his employees. He stands around instead of working. Him and other managers don't tip out accurately and correctly they actually under tip you it seemed to me like they were stealing. I've seen them a few times tampering with the computers. This is not a Mexican restaurant it's an American taco Bell.
