Chipotle Mexican Grill

La atención fue terrible, las señoras que preparan los burritos no te dejan ni terminar de hablar y tiran la comida en el bowl o dentro del burrito. No saludan. Le ponen media cucharada de cada cosa. No vuelvo más.

Chipotle is always good, but this particular one we don't feel welcome because we don't speak the laguage.

Car line was ridiculously long. By the time it was my turn, I literally put my car in park because it was taking forever just holding the brake. Finally when the employee asked for the name of the order, he just grabbed it right away and handed it to me. Took less than 5 seconds. Not sure why he didnt ask sooner instead of me waiting and watching him do nothing in the window. Got home, and the order was literally nothing what I requested. I asked for light brown rice, the whole bowl was pretty much all brown rice. No sour cream because I cannot have dairy. There was sour cream dumped in. I had requested for steak, they put chicken. I requested for extra fajitas, there was none. I asked for extra on the salsa toppings, literally none. Bowl tasted so dry because there was no any salsa in it. Just a heaping of brown rice mixed with sour cream which made it so mushy then just bits of chicken. Most of the chicken was just fat thick pieces that were hard to eat/swallow. Been there twice and this was the second horrible experience.
