I was not seen here, through no fault of theirs. My insurance company gives me literally hundreds of choices for drs and therapists. I spent 4 hours calling to find a new therapist. I'm a 46 year old man. The options I received were for children with autism and methadone and heroin abuse clinics. I just wanted a therapist to talk to man. Apparently with obamacare, brokers are hired to fill out the information as to what kind of drs are offered...the more options given, the more they are paid. So they fill their pockets at the expense of someone with mental health issues being stuck with hundreds of useless numbers. It's no wonder suicide rates are at an all time high. I digress. I called this number and like the others, they do not offer services for a 46 year old man seeking a therapist. After literal days of this I simply hung up. The receptionist took the time to call me back, and kindly offered to help find me the help I need. She gave me a recommendation and despite my attitude on the phone was kind and considerate beyond the call of duty. I wish I had gotten your name. Thank you for making a difference in my life. It goes to show that doing one good deed can truly help impact someone's life. whatever they are paying you, it's not enough. -Chris

So far. They promise they will do so much. However, I get no return calls. Still waiting for them to send in info to the insurance. Services are for my son. This is so rediculious! Make promises and doesn't follow through. They are the only ABA company around, so I don't have a choice.

If I could give no stars I would!!!!! These people totally disregarded my son's therapy!!! They made all these promises of the services they could provide and did not deliver!!! They couldn't even make it to IEP Meeting after being told and confirmed they would!!!!! Stood us up!!! And won't return calls!!! But quick to bill insurance!! Totally unprofessional and could care less that it's the kids who loose out when they fail to do their job! Horrible and unprofessional!
