Good thing I went home and looked up 15 medical research papers on laceration healing to discover THEY WERE SUGGESTING THE WORST THING to let the deep slice on my finger "air dry" (an outdated method since the 70's). After being taken aback at the statement of "its too late for stitches, there's nothing medical that can be done" and being told I would have to deal with the scarring, I took matters into my own hands and administered hydrocolloid bandages and frequent washing - thank GOD I didn't listen to them otherwise I would be flaunting a hideous scar (where there is absolutely not one now). Uncaring, unprofessional, uneducated staff.

The doctors are great. Their staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. I was told to come in at 1110 for and 1120 appointment, normal of course. I got here at 1105 and signed in but the nurse never actually put me in. Sat in the waiting room and watched as other people who came in later then me go on in. Didnt go in to see the doctor until 12. Almost an hour after arriving. I went up to check on with the nurse at the front desk and she asked very rudely if I checked in. Which I did, on the paper she told me to sign in when I got there, 45 min earlier, and then turned from me and went back to work on the computer, basically like dismissing me. Someone did come out to apologize which was very kind of them, but the nurse at the desk needs to be held accountable and apologize too not be rude and just turn from me like I was inconveniencing her when she made the mistake.

This facility is severely short staffed. Went to the lab for routine bloodwork and waited over an hour even though I had an appointment. Will be going to Quest from now on. I will say that the staff are very nice and professional and are doing their best under corporates restrictions.

Love my Dr Greaves.  Best doctor ever great to talk to and she gives great advice I have been with her for years.
