AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatric Urology at Orlando

The worst experience. I am still upset with myself for choosing this Doctor for my son’s procedure. He gave unrealistic expectations of my son’s recovery time and the amount of pain for a four year old. His aftercare method was a complete failure. I had to end up at the ER with my son and had to change physicians for the proper aftercare treatment. I could go on and on, but as a mother I would be here until 2025. All I can say is please weigh your options against other Doctors method prior to choosing this doctor.

Although a urologist is not the specialist my daughter needed. Dr. Casale recommended someone who he believes will help. He took the time to listen, give options and talk to us. Great bedside manner!!

Staff and facilities are great, no complaints on services provided. My complaint is their predatory fee structure. To schedule a necessary surgery for an obvious issue your child suffers from and every other doctor they've seen recommends a urologist, you have to schedule an appt with this place's urologist to look at the issue and state the obvious: 'yep this requires surgery, book a date on your way out'. This appt which offers no medical benefit except to book future services from that same doctor, costs several hundred dollars. Then they charge a similar amount for a two minute checkup a week or two after the operation, which again offers no medicinal service except to confirm they didn't screw up the only thing they actually did. One or both of these forced events which offer no health benefits whatsoever should be included in cost of the actual operation.
