        SoDo location needs a lot of help or more training. Staff seems like they couldnt care less. I came back because I was missing food from a pickup order and wasnt acknowledged for the first 10 minutes I was standing there. Cooks especially are clueless. Someone was mopping an hour before closing. Just disappointing considering the $32 I just spent.

        Awful.Took my wife and mom and it was just plain bad across the board.Everything was cold on all of our meals.I paid 33.00 for a lunch for 3 that was edible at best.you have been warned.

        They resolved a frustrating website mess of a glitch, and Im satisfied. I was accidentally charged twice for an online mobile order, and after cancelling both more than 24 hours before the due time, there was still one delivered and charged for. Also, I set it to be delivered at 5:45pm (stated on my email too) and their receipt said 5:25pm. So, we ate cold food on Valentines day. I brought the other order back, and they were very apologetic from the start, and refunded the money. If they mess up here, dont panic, theyll make it right.
