An unethical company that has closed down. Purchased a laser hair removal package, I had to keep track of my bank statements and prove I had already made my payments. Had multiple cancellations. Months ago I received a call that they would be temporarily closing down because it was purchased by a different owner. I lost all the money I paid for the package, never received a call back or a refund for the services I never received. Blatant scam, stealing money from customers. Reported to the BBB. The owner should be prosecuted for the money stolen.

Front desk agent mentioned a great deal going on. So I purchased 2 packages from Flawless in person. A few months later, the business closed and received an email regarding my services not being interrupted with the new management taking over. I visited this location numerous times and the office space is empty. This is a SCAM. No new management ever went in and Flawless is not responding to me emails

I dont know who the new management is with this company but you have no right to charge my card when I did not give you consent to charge my card after I canceled my subscription. I need a reply to my email asap. I need this situation rectified immediately because its foul and unethical. Service: Intimate area hair waxing
