        I came in for a biometric test requested by my employer. My appointment was at 10:20 AM. The procedure takes much less than 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. The staff is curteous but, the ridiculous wait times are normal at this location. This is an appointment only location. The wait times are inexcusable. I'll be recommending to my employer to switch test providers.
