Quest Diagnostics

Today was my second visit (first visit was last year), and both times have been great and efficient. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment today and was done and out by my appointment time.

We are so grateful for Dorothy-YDM in Lake Nona/Moss Park Rd. Quest location and Janice Lawrence in Quest Client Services. Both ladies went above and beyond in assisting us to fix a mistake my son's Pediatrician's Office made (giving us wrong script). In short, Quest Diagnostics is blessed to have these employees working for them and being the face of an organization that actually cares about the patients it serves. Thank you Dorothy and Janice. I have been here twice for blood draws without appointments and have had a great experience both times. Most people try to walk in on their lunch breaks or after work and experience long wait times, I have found that going early (within 1 hour of opening) there is rarely any wait. Today I arrived, checked in, got my blood drawn, and left in a total of 12 minutes. Very professional and kind staff as well.
