        They never answer the phone to make an appointment apart from the fact that the attention of the doctors and nurses is too slow

        A place where they have hours and hours of waiting, I think they should at least put something that customers and their children can entertain themselves with. There is a TV but turned off I don't see the point in that. They should put at least a small area with a table and chair where children can express their art. Apart from very good service, the employees do excellent work.
