We needed a test for travel. The process was quick and professional. Nova helped us, she was very patient and compassionate. They offered a lot of different tests depending on your needs. Helpful and lovely staff at Orlando branch. Got the results in 10 hours and I payed for the 24/48 hours test. Highly recommend if u are a tourist

If I could give zero I would. I can not get my test results. I took a 15 minute test and was told they would be emailed to me. I don’t have the email nor results from my test. The company makes you prepay yet, still I sit with no proof that a test was even done. The place itself is a nightmare because they could never find my appointment or a record of my payment even though I received confirmation of it from them. The gentleman that the location was on the phone with is the same person who sent me the original e-mails. I will be contacting the Agency for Healthcare Administration for Florida bright and early Monday Morning. I tried to reach Alliance via phone and a gentlemen answered and as soon as I told him what I needed he transferred me immediately and guess what no one ever answered. I assume this is protocol for their Customer Service as this complaint is present in other reviews as well. I checked to see if they were BBB accredited and they are not but I will still file with them. I will also find out if I can file a report regarding the theft of my money since I have no proof that a test was even done. Please go to any other facility. Actually the state of Florida provides free testing I found out 7 days a week no appointment 8-6pm so this makes this even more of a scam for a 15 min test. I got my son tested by the state and got same day results for free. I evacuated here after Hurricane Ida. I was not familiar with Florida’s Healthcare prior to but, I am doing my diligence now. I will also find out what legal ramifications I can take since they are either purposefully keeping my medical information from me or if they are just plain thieves.
