This product doesn't meet the expectations. This should never be advertised as plug n play since half of the games require manual control mapping, the other half don't run and my favorite Naomi cant exit so I have to power down the whole machine every time I play it. When I made my purchase I didnt know at the time that what you sold was pirated game software from Arcadepunks.com which is free. I went with triplex recommendation and absolutely love the games which are superior if compared to yours. Foul me once...

I have had this arcade system for a few months and I've had to call about some issues with adding a controller etc and the arcade guys have help me every time that I called to resolve every issue that I have had. I'm pretty sure that I will be calling a few more times but they are always friendly and helpful

None of these guys games are licensed and that is why all of the customer complaints. These run illegal software with copyrighted games. Stick to Arcade1up and just add retro knight raspberry with 256g chip if you want a plug n play machine

We purchased an arcade from you 3 years ago. After you convinced us that you're not a SCAM, we decided to pull the trigger. We even told you that we're very concerned because there was a group on Facebook called "Arcade Guys Scam Alert" who we messaged and told us NOT to buy from the Arcade Guys! But after being able to talk to you, you made us believe this group was in regards of a different company who had the same exact name. We thought it was very strange for someone to name his company after a scam company but regardless, we decided to purchase one from you, back when you were selling on Etsy. Long story short, our unit had stopped working over a year ago and we had many issues with majority of the games not working and some had a blue screen appearing and not able to play them at all, the sound was very choppy and games were lagging. When we first addressed the issues, you were able to fix some and you told us that a software update was suppose to fix them all. We had never been contacted back or received any updates to correct the issues we had. We gave up on trying to fix the games ourself and it's not acceptable to pay thousands of dollars and not be able to use the machine. We tried calling you, messaging on Etsy, sending messages through the chat on this site which had automatic answers without resolution. I should've listened to the gentleman who formed that facebook group who was also RIPPED OFF by you. We purchased a new arcade from another company and paid double the price but the machine is working without any issues and the customer support is on point.

Simply Amazing! Ive had my 43 Retro Plus for almost a year and love it. I was very cautious buying this arcade and hoped it would perform as advertised. Long story short, it didnt disappoint! It has great visuals/sound, and an unmatchable amount of games! Customer service is great too! If you are looking for the perfect arcade, youve found it.
