SIXT ride Car Service Orlando

I will never ever rent a car from you guys. You're such a fraud company. You've tried taking money from my credit card 3 times with the same bill after i've already payed. And when we finished using the car, we returned it back fully fine, we even made sure there was no scratches or damage to the car and after 2 months you lied and sent a message saying that the car is scratched.

Not able to provide car. Not responsive to phone calls. Do not use this location or company. I made a convertible reservation for a special event months in advance. Received confirmation email a few days before. I show up and there is NO ONE working there. My car is not there. The hotel staff told me to call another Sixt location- no one answers the call. I leave 2 voice messages. No one returns my call. I never got the car. Just 100% dissatisfied disappointed customer here and this company does not care.

Sent us to a on existing location, had to pay additional cost to get to another pick up service as the first location was closed for a full year now. Had to wait 2 hour to get my car, that was 1,5 hour later than confirmed, The car suspension and brakes were heavily damaged and I had to return the car ASAP. Than I received another car 3,5 hours later than confirmed. I returned the car 48 hours later at the same time got the 2nd car and now I need to pay for 72 hours. I was not able to reach anyone, I sent an email to customer care and their reply was sorry we gonna charge you anyway check the terms and conditions. As a company you should think from a consumer perspective and hold that as leading not you terms and conditions. Think about all the friction and frustrations we have experienced and you ask me to pay more than agreed. Don’t rent at Sixt they are just legal criminals.
