We found Pheonix Landscape LLC at a local nursery by our house. After talking with the owner, Shawn, I quickly knew this was the company to hire. We recently built a pool and needed a company that could install a new irrigation system, a completely new landscape, and be flexible with the install date. Pheonix was that company. The pricing was in line with what we expected and Shawn will work with you to design a landscape that fits your budget. He is top notch and does not promise things he cannot deliver on. The landscapers that came out, Grim and Luis, are also great. All 3 guys have a very keen eye for detail and perfection. The knowledge they have about trees, plants, flowers and sod is pretty amazing! My wife and I were blown away with the final result and it was MUCH better than we expected. We now have our little oasis and know it was done right. We have no regrets with hiring Pheonix and would definitely hire them again for any other job we would need. On the front end Shawn and his team were professional. We had them install a huge row of podocarpus plants for privacy. We followed all of their instructions for watering and pruning but the majority of the plants either died or wouldnt grow. We had him come out to see what might be the issue and he didnt have much of a solution except pointing out things our sprinkler company did wrong. So we paid our sprinkler company to come out to relocate and point the sprinklers at the plants better hoping that would fix it and nothing got better. I then called them to see if I could hire them to pull them out put a different type of plant in but they never returned any of our calls. We understand that plants sometimes dont take, hence our attempts to remedy the issue and then trying to rehire Phoenix to do a different type of plant but ignoring our numerous calls for new business is what has earned them a 2 star.

Shawn and his team were on time, professional and above all dis a phenomenal job! Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient with my back and forth questions. They came and even edged my lawn and blew away a wasp nest I had on my front soffit!, all items They were nor there to do. My only regret is I didn't have more work or money foe him and his team!
