On 09/21/2018 I hired Hipolito Rosado, owner of Premier Pest Control, to treat my entire yard with herbicide, in order to kill all vegetation prior to installing new landscaping and sod. I hired him on the advice of my landscaper. The landscaper had given me an idea of what charge to expect for the service based on the small size of the yard and I was surprised when Mr. Rosado arrived and told me the charge would be about double what I had been told to expect. But I agreed to the price. Mr Rosado treated the yard with herbicide and promised me that if anything was still growing in 10 days he would return and re-treat the yard.
In the following 4 weeks, I attempted to contact Mr Rosado numerous and multiple times, using both telephone (his voice-mail is always full and will not accept messages), and text messaging. I have yet to have any response from Mr Rosado at all. I contacted the landscaper who had recommended him, and apparently refers Mr Rosado frequently, but he was also unable to get Mr Rosado to respond to me.
My yard is still full of weeds and vegetation, some totally unaffected by the herbicide treatment. The yard will have to be treated again prior to landscaping.
I would advise anyone considering Premier Pest Control and Mr. Hipolito Rosado to avoid them completely. This company is unresponsive, unreliable and not trustworthy.
