        Bought a bracelet and necklace in november 2019. Necklace lasted 3 days before breaking and bracelet lasted 2 weeks and then broke. Very disappointed as live in UK so no chance of taking back and I feel like I've just wasted a lot of money

        Great service! The girls that took care of me at Polka Dotz were really nice and helpful after I told them I went to 2 pandora store looking to exchange my bracelet but none of them want to exchange the bracelet for me. I will definitely come back to shop with them.
