I had The Best Ring Shopping Experience at this store. I went to Kay who wanted to charge me double the price I payed at Jared Vault. Josh and Joey was so helpful they never gave up on helping me find the ring of my dreams even if I couldn't make up my mind. I couldn't find anything on display that I loved but josh told me don't worry he is going to find me a ring fit for a princess and he found me the most beautiful ring and it was within my budget. Joey is the best store manager he make sure we was happy and satisfied he gave us water and he even charge our phone cause it was dead. And they told me where to get the best cake from. I will definitely recommend josh and joey to everyone. Thank you Josh and Joey

He's very professional but at the same time very relatable, real funny person and a vibrant personality. Shopping was a lot easier on me thanks to his help, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and I'll be coming back to him anytime I need more jewelry. Made the experience comfortable.

My husband visited first as he wanted to buy me a Pandora charm but had no idea what to get,Joshua was extremely helpful. We both returned to finalise the purchase and both Joshua and Joey again were really helpful and friendly. Having just been through the scare of hurricane Irma we both needed cheering up and they both put a smile on our faces with their excellent service well done .

The most helpful staff out of all the jewelry stores at the outlets!! Our customer service rep was a delightful and very knowledgeable young man named Joshua. His professionalism and willing to go far and beyond the call of (jewelry) duty in finding a matching ring for us was a beautiful thing. He is very special and makes you feel that way also!! :) We don't just have a friend in the jewelry business - we have a friend...
