The tellers at this branch have been nice and friendly in the past until today. 3 women tellers at the drive-through all had an attitude after I asked a simply question. It's sad in 2022 people still judge others by the way they look or the color of their skin. I'm a highly educated black woman but as soon as they saw me I'm just another ghetto black woman. I was treated like a child. They've repeated instructions to me several times in a harsh tone by all 3 tellers (as if one would explain it better than the other) especially since I told them I understood the first time. I was being patronized and I am shocked with the behavior.

Un caso increble y nunca jams visto vivi yo en este banco, hice una venta de un trailer y fui hasta donde el cajero a depositar un dinero en efectivo con el comprador del trailer, le dimos el dinero al cajero y el cont el dinero y dijo que an faltaban 1600$ se le entreg el dinero y completo el depsito, en esa caja estaban tres personas contando el dinero y dijeron que todo bien que estaba completo, me entregaron el recibo del depsito y 5 horas despus me llamaron a decirme que an faltaban 4mil dlares en el depsito, sea 5 horas despus, increble, lo ms inaceptable de todo esto fue que ellos sacaron los 4mil dlares de mi cuenta sin dar una explicacin como si ellos tenan razn y sin abrir una investigacin, esto no se va a quedar as porque voy a proceder legalmente, porque an no me han dado una respuesta de que fue lo qu pas, he llamado en reiteradas veces al seor Jonathan David Lopez que segn es el Manager de esta localidad, le he dejado mensajes de voz y esta es hora de que an no le ha devuelto la llamada para dar una explicacin de lo que sucedi, lo increble es que esto sucedi dentro de la entidad y en frente de tres cajeros y se han lavado las manos de la mejor manera
