Horrible customer service. Doesnt answer the phone. Absolutely horrible. Been a customer since 1992. Changing banks now.

Anytime I have to get change here for my company, I dread it. Every now and then I get lucky and there's only one or two people in front of me but usually the line is close to the door. It takes so incredibly long to get to the front. They seem to only ever have 1.5 employees at the window regardless of how many people are waiting. When one of the employees tries to help by seeing what people need in line to see if he can just run back and get it (like change). It seems to take him longer than it would have just waiting in line. In addition, the employees are always professional but not ever friendly. They also regularly "misplace" the receipts for night deposits. When I pick them up, there are always a few missing. I wish I had something good to say about this branch, but I truly can't. They simply need more tellers and as far as the friendliness goes, either the morale there is bad and its showing in the employees or the employees need training on how to be friendly customer-centric people. Judging on the corporate visit I saw happening here one time, it seems to be a morale issue though.

Bank should be closed! Unrealistic process and time frame to resolve issues due to Wells Fargo ATM error and getting money back that was not provided during withdrawal.

Really horrible customer service.. they keep me waiting for two hours until someone come talk to me.. then she keep pushing people to go to other branch when not a single person been taken care of
