6/23/2023 I've been with State Farm a long time so I guess that means something. It's like most things, many of the people are nice and knowledgeable but sometimes someone isn't. It's insurance so it's a thing we pay lots of money to and hope we don't actually use, and if you do use it, they will charge more money in many cases. Rocco English does what they promise, that's all I can ask for from the industry. I don't see me changing anytime soon.

Excellent service. All the staff is great. Chris was fantastic to help me when arrived there for a cote. Good location. Good communication. Answer emails. Always available for any question. I recommend. I just canceled my policy because I relocated for another State.
