If I could give them 100 negative reviews I would this company is fraudulent poor communication takes them days to respond....OF UR LOOKING FOR A GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY KEEP SCROLLING

Never been here in person but got a better rate over the phone with them verses my old insurance company by $50 and anyone I talked to is always so nice

Never had an issue with this company until recently and now I've just about had it.
When Kemper merged with Infinity auto, they issued a new app to install. Since doing so, I have not been able to sign in using my acct info. Tried Forgot User Name and was emailed my user name saying it was *IDM*. Idk what that even means, how it was changed, or why. Went to try it with my password, would not log in. I needed to pay my bill as my due date was that day.
Called the customer service number located on the app. Woman asked if I had a policy with Kemper or Infinity because she couldn't find my acct. I told her it was Kemper but I know they had merged so I wasn't sure, as I figured they were one in the same. The Kemper name is plastered all over the Infinity app anyway. She transferred me to Infinity to which they found my policy. New woman said that a lot of people were having issues with the app and that I would just need to reregister my acct. She also sent me to the automated service to pay my bill, which I did. Both ladies were very nice btw, no issue there.
I went to go ahead and reregister my acct using my policy number as indicated. Would not allow me saying there's already a policy with that number. Decided to try the quick pay link to see if I can view my policy as I received a phone call today (from Kempers number!) saying my payment was not made (I made it yesterday and it shows payment in my bank acct) but the quick pay link asks for an 11 digit policy number yet mine is 15. Again, everything shows the Kemper name, not Infinity, so which is it? I also cannot log in from a browser because as soon as you hit the login button, the sign in info boxes disappear.
A friend of mine has also been having issues getting his accident resolved with Infinity after nearly a year. He warned me about them but I've brushed it off aa I've never had any real issue this past year with them until now. The app and website has become a joke and the names appear interchangeable, until you have to call customer service. Tempted to start shopping for a new policy elsewhere.
